Jackie Rey's Ohana Grill

Fine Dining with Hawaiian Hospitality

A Kona family favorite since November 2004. Chef Jeric Genavia leads the kitchen after working his way up from dishwasher over six-plus years, building a Pacific Rim menu anchored by the legendary Mochiko Crusted Fresh Catch, a 34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye, Seafood Trio, and the JRey's '44 Mai Tai. Come as you are, five-star aloha either way.

Nakoa Pabre's flagship and the creative engine of the group. Back-to-back Sam Choy's Poke Contest grand champion in 2013 and 2014, Best Poke in Hawaii in 2016 and 2017, and featured on Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Oceanfront Island Classic

Kona Canoe Club

Oceanfront Since 1972

A Kailua Bay classic that locals have claimed as their own since 1972, parked right on Ali'i Drive above the shoreline. The menu reads like a love letter to the island: fourteen burgers, fresh catch off local boats, calamari strips, chicken salad served in a half papaya, and the New England clam chowder everyone argues is the best on the west side. Open-air seating, daily happy hour from two to five, and a sunset that closes the show every night.
